SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of wells completion. Method includes cutting of counted casing string located in first wellbore, at least partially cased with casing string, and thus providing a cut-off end portion, transporting the assembly for completing the middle portion of the well into the first wellbore and receiving the cut-off end portion within the tail pipe assembly as part of the completion of the middle portion of the well, wherein the least inner diameter of the assembly for completing the middle portion of the well is greater than or equal to the smaller inner diameter of the countersunk casing string and thereby enables tools, size of which is suitable for operations in the countersunk casing string, pass through the assembly for completion of the middle section of the well, actuating the expanding assembly device for completion of the middle section of the well for tight engagement of the inner surface of the casing string upwards along the well bore from the cut off end part and drilling of the second borehole passing from the first borehole.

EFFECT: increased production of reservoir fluids and increased productive life of the well.
