SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater production and can be used for connection of hydraulic and electric lines between underwater X-mas tree and suspension of tubing string. Disclosed is an electro-hydraulic penetrator for connection of hydraulic and electric lines between a unit of underwater X-mas tree and a suspension of a tubing string, comprising a body, a piston arranged inside the body, made with possibility of movement in axial direction inside housing between piston disconnected position and connected piston position, wherein the piston comprises a first piston portion including electrical and hydraulic connectors arranged at one of their ends, configured to allow the connection of hydraulic and electrical lines when the piston is in a connected position, piston second section and third piston section, balls arranged in cavities made between first and second piston sections, and piston second and third sections, wherein in each of first and third piston sections there are two diametrically opposite support eyes, and in the second section of the piston there are four support lugs, two on each side, wherein holes are made inside the balls, through which fingers pass, held in the support lugs of sections of the piston, wherein the electrohydraulic penetrator is equipped with an emergency disconnection mechanism, and the piston movement is carried out mechanically using a drive shaft located inside the housing.

EFFECT: invention allows to level angular deviations of the piston of the device, as well as emergency disconnection in case of failure in operation of standard mechanism of piston movement.
