SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer engineering. Method of secure storage of information in file storages of data, in which obtaining at least one public key and private key of at least one user, which are generated in at least one user data processing device; obtaining at least one file on at least one client; generating at least one key for encrypting at least one file which is stored in a file storage of data, wherein the encryption key is generated in the user data processing device; encrypting at least one file with at least one key obtained earlier for file encryption, wherein after encrypting the file, the encryption key is removed from the user data processing device; encrypting at least one key which encrypts at least one file, at least one public key of those users who are granted access to at least one file; storing at least one encrypted key in the base of encryption keys, and at least one encrypted file in the file storage of data.
EFFECT: high security of secure storage of information in file storages of data.
