FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage equipment and can be used for storage of pressed granules in large mechanized warehouses and their shipment to consumer. Warehouse consists of two rows of vertically arranged storage hoppers installed in the housing. Lower part of the hopper is made in the form of a quadrangular pyramid, the outlet hole of which is closed by a bolt. Funnel with electric valve are located in lower part of hopper and are communicated via air ducts with high-pressure fans. Receiving device consists of a belt fluted roller conveyor for supply of pellets installed with inclination relative to a row of bins and a scraper conveyor. Scraper conveyor is located in upper part of housing, along its longitudinal axis between rows of hoppers. Leaks are installed above each pair of hoppers along scraper conveyor. Leaks are made as two-sleeve and are equipped with shutters and gates to direct the flow of granules into the selected empty hopper. Unloading device consists of elevator arranged in central part of housing and coupled with grooved conveyors installed under hoppers-accumulators.
EFFECT: increased capacity of warehouse complex, efficiency and elimination of losses during loading and unloading operations and transportation.
