FIELD: education.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for preparation of shooters in sports trap-shooting from a gun on moving targets, and also for development of skills of shooters in concentration of attention on a moving target. To train the attention concentration, the shooter is guided to the moving simulator of the target, use a target hit and the results of the training are taken into account. Training is performed in several stages. At the first stage, the shooter observes moving targets, focuses on the target and accompanies it with a look and movement of the body. At the second stage with gun insertion in the arm, the shooter focuses on the target, accompanies it with a look and movement of the body and prepares the gun. At the third stage using the shooter cartridge, the shooter focuses on the target, accompanies it with a look and movement of the body, prepares the gun and fires a shot. Operations of each stage are repeated many times. At each stage, prior to the beginning of the training, the program is selected based on the shooter training level and, as the stage is being developed, the program complexity is increased by increasing the speed, switching to the doublet, changing the direction of the target movement, changing the height of the stand and the screen turning angle. Attention concentration skills are assessed by approaching the firing point to the point of target appearance and by the time during which the shooter can accurately perform the exercise. Disclosed also is an apparatus for focusing concentration training, comprising screen (4), made in the form of multi-section frame (3), on which motor (8) with a built-in shaft position sensor is installed, driving toothed pulley (9) and system of driven toothed pulleys (1) with annular toothed belt (6) with applied to it at least one target (7). Engine (8) is connected to control panel with simulator operation mode keypad. Frame (3) is pivotally mounted on telescopic post (12) with possibility of changing height and turning angle. On the front panel of frame (3) there are dashpots of belt (11), and on the rear – belt tensioners (2).

EFFECT: provides for development of skills of unconscious automatic movements, development of basic movements in sighting and firing, possibility of faster basic reflexes required for firing, to automaticity.
