SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in reception of quadrature amplitude shift keying signals. Device for receiving signals of quadrature amplitude shift keying consists of first and second phase changers, performing functions of multiplier and phase divider, respectively, phase detector, phase detector output is connected to the input of the first analogue-to-digital converter, the output of which is connected to the first input of the unit to form a bit sequence based on the phase and amplitude of the received signal, made on the principle of an amplitude-phase detector, to second input of which is connected output of second analogue-to-digital converter, which input is connected to output of amplitude detector, input of which is connected to input of broadband limiter-amplifier and to output of band-pass filter, input of which is input of device, and the output of the broadband limiter amplifier is connected to the input of the quad, the output of which is connected to the input of the high-pass filter, the output of which is connected in parallel to the first input of the phase detector and to the input of the first phase shifter, which output is connected through second phase shifter to second input of phase detector, output of unit for formation of bit sequence based on phase and amplitude of received signal, is device output.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity of receiving quadrature amplitude shift keying signals in channels with random phase variation.
