SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to centering components of a downhole tool, in particular to a centering adapter. Centering adapter comprises a first tubular component having an end portion, a second tubular component having an end portion which is connected directly to the end portion of the first tubular member by a threaded connection, and an axially deformable and variable-length hose arranged around and attached to the end portion of the first tubular component and adjacent to the end of the end portion of the second tubular component.
EFFECT: possibility of rotation of components relative to each other by at least one complete revolution around axis of centering adapter.
