FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: tool comprises an anchor tail-piece, a guide sleeve, a directional adapter and a bent sub. The anchor tail-piece is fixed by rotation on at least one tubular element. The guide sleeve comprises a part with inner thread and angular orientation. The directional adapter is fixed by rotation and is movable axially in regards to the guide sleeve. The bent sub of universal borehole orientation (UBHO) is placed at the upper end of the tool intended for reduction of impact load. The set of borehole electronic package is coupled to the bent sub of UBHO.
EFFECT: tool reduces impact load to the set of borehole electronic package.
