SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to transport engineering. Element to maintaining the gap is arranged between sheets of leaf spring and comprises main and sealing parts. Sealing part is provided at end part of main part and is made with possibility of entering into tight contact with adjacent sheets to provide insulation from external space. Main part has a rectangular shape. Height of the end of the main part and the height of the central part of the main part are constant. One sealing part is provided on the left and right ends of the main part, respectively. Leaf spring comprises multiple sheets and such element.
EFFECT: higher durability and reliability of element for maintaining gap and leaf spring, in which this element is used.
