FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmonautics, namely, to means of spacecraft moving from the earth's surface to outer space. Device for launching space rockets comprises device for preliminary lifting of rocket to certain height. Lifting device is made in the form of a flexible gas-tight hose fitted on the cylinder. Device is equipped with a lift container with a missile. Container is arranged in guide tower. Lower part of sleeve is connected with braking mechanism and with cylinder base. Cylinder is connected via pipelines with gas generator stations. Cylinder contains holes for gas supply to upper part of sleeve. Elevator container, contained in upper part of sleeve, has lowered parachute.
EFFECT: reduction of rocket stages is achieved.
