SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conversion of wind energy into electrical energy. Wind energy converter containing support-carrying structure 1, permanent magnets 2 installed in pipes 3 from magnetically transparent material and directed by like poles to each other. Pipes 3 are closed in cylindrical toruses 3, inside axes of toruses 3 fixed two- or three-phase windings 4 installed on structure are fixed, and toruses 3 on outer side are equipped with turbine blades 5, installed with possibility of rotation relative to fixed windings 4, installed on drum 7 with bearing 8 on structure 1 and connected to energy consumers, for example, lighting devices 9, through accumulator of electric energy 10.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining two- and three-phase current.
