FIELD: land reclamation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reclamation systems and structures and can be used in water abstraction for needs of irrigation of lands from surface channel of watercourse, which is characterized by high rates of water flow and presence of a large number of bottom sediments and floating debris. Design of water-intake unit of irrigation system includes flow-through lined channel (3) of constant section, supply (5) and transit (6) channels, coupled with water intake galleries (7, 8, 9), which are covered with vibration grids. Galleries (7, 8, 9) are interconnected through additional flat bottoms of platforms (10 and 11) located in one plane between supply (5) and transit (6) channels. To form hydraulic structure above water intake galleries (7, 8, 9) to side walls of channel are attached rotation axes (32-39) with rotary vertical shields (24-31), and from above vertical shields are equipped with aprons (40-47). Shields (24-31) form a jet-guiding system. Shields (24-31) with axes (32-39) are equipped with mechanical drive (50, 51) with rectilinear thrust axis (52) with possibility of their connection in the form of vertical guiding louvers from shields (24-31). Lower edges of the shields are arranged on platforms (10 and 11) between galleries (7, 8, 9). Side surface of each shield (24-31) is made with holes of perforation, in which bent plates made in the form of finning are rigidly fixed. Shields (30 and 31) of last gallery (9) are made somewhat elongated in order to completely shut off transit channel (6) when water flow in supply channel (5) is less than design water intake flow rate in galleries (7, 8, 9) in total. Water from water intake galleries (7, 8, 9) flows into transient discharge section (12) of the channel. Further, in the discharge cylindrical chamber (19), from which is supplied to pipeline (20) to irrigated sections.
EFFECT: ensuring uninterrupted supply of water to the irrigation system and its protection against bottom sediments and floating debris, as well as improved conditions for water entry into water intake galleries covered by the vibratory grate in the conditions of the hydrological mode of the water courses.
