FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical methods for examination of explosives. Method for concealed marking of explosive substances consists in introducing into an explosive substance, obtained by mixing separate components, a marking composition containing identifiers, the number of which is proportional to the number of technical indicators subject to marking. As each identifier corresponding to a separate technical indicator, one or more one rare-earth metals are used, which are different from one or more than one rare-earth metals used in the other separate technical indicator, wherein mass fraction of rare-earth metal in each separate technical indicator is maintained at concentration level (0.01–1.00) mg/kg.
EFFECT: method provides higher reliability of identification of explosives by its identification code with simplification of the process of detecting and determining this code.
