SUBSTANCE: invention relates generally to devices and systems for displaying physical exercises. In particular, the invention relates to an improved robot for displaying exercises and its visual analogues. Embodiments of the invention are aimed not only to demonstrate exercises, but to do so in a much more pleasant and motivating way. Robot, programmed to show physical exercises, at that, to exercise is selected musical accompaniment, wherein the musical accompaniment to the exercise is selected according to the rhythm, the rhythm is determined by counting bits per minute, at that, musical accompaniment of exercises is not fixed permanently and can be replaced. Invention also discloses a method for showing physical exercises and a method of awakening a person.

EFFECT: aim is to provide a use system for displaying exercises with sound, which is not fixed and can be changed for user's pleasure, and thus attract a wider user base for said exercise display systems.
