FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is rib (4, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) for boiler pipe system comprising several boiler tubes (34, 36, 38, 40) extending along each other, and assembly (32) comprising such boiler pipe system and such rib. Longitudinal central axis (C) of the rib is designed to pass perpendicular to the length of the boiler tubes, and the rib has inner edge (8) and outer edge (10). Rib is characterized by that contour of inner edge is similar to contour of outer edge. Each of the contours of the inner and outer edges sets several projections (16, 18, 20, 26, 28, 30) and several recesses (12, 14, 22, 24), wherein protrusions and recesses are arranged alternately and are connected to each other in transitions (P, P') located at half way between the highest point (H, H') and lowest point (L, L') of connected protrusion and recess respectively. Protrusions defined by inner edge are intended for arrangement and passage at 180° or less around lengthwise central axis (A) of one of the boiler tubes, for only partial coverage of corresponding one of boiler tubes.
EFFECT: rib for boiler tube system and assembly containing such rib are proposed.
