SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to forensic medicine. To determine the biological age of a person, calculate according by formula: AGE=76.250+6.549×A-1.704×B+0.00516×C+0.000000708×D+0.043×E-11.143×F, where AGE is the expected age of the corpse or live person, A is Cruveilhier joint involution (0–6 points), B is the root-mean-square deviation of brightness of the points of structure of the spongy substance of the Blumenbach's slope and the back of the Turkish saddle (pixels), C is dispersion of brightness of image of spongy substance of Blumenbach's slope (pixels), D is fourth central moment of brightness of structure of spongy substance of Blumenbach's slope (pixels), E is the difference between the location of the LP and CP conditional centers in the vertical line, F is the ratio of the sinus dimensions (LP/CP).
EFFECT: method provides more accurate determination of human biological age in corpses and living individuals by CT of skull in different age groups by using quantitative features having the most pronounced dependence on age.
