FIELD: feed industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing dry components according to the recipe, wherein as a partial replacement of fishmeal and other animal protein sources, the hydrolyzate of fur animals is introduced into the composition. Ready fodder contains up to 1 % of free lysine, as well as up to 0.5 % of free cysteine and methionine (total), which is not less than 1/3 of optimum content of these amino acids in fodder for sturgeon and salmon fishes.
EFFECT: invention provides fortification of the feed composition with easily digestible free essential amino acids.
