FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fodder production, in particular to compound feed intended for feeding artificially grown valuable fish species. Protein feed additive includes fish meal and fish protein hydrolyzate. Fish protein hydrolyzate is obtained by processing smoked fish heads at 130-140°C for 1 hour. The quantitative ratio of components in the additive, wt.%: fish meal 85-95, fish protein hydrolyzate 5-15.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the digestibility of the feed and the duration of its storage.
