SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used for charging bore pits and wells with granulated explosives. Pneumatic charge charger comprises a housing with a loading branch pipe arranged in the housing under the loading branch pipe and coaxial to it with a sleeve with a cylindrical skirt enclosing it and communicated in its lower part with a compressed air source, as well as shut-off valve with spring-loaded rod arranged in the shell cavity and arranged on the barrel, which is mounted with possibility of shutting the loading pipe. Upper open end of the cartridge is covered with a cover to form a working cavity between the cover and the inner surface of the cutoff valve. In the lower part of the cylindrical skirt there is an annular groove open from below, communicating the barrel cavity through the radial channels located in the barrel wall, with the body cavity in the upper position of the cutoff valve, between the barrel cover and the rod there is a throttling air duct in the form of an annular gap communicating the barrel cavity with the working cavity between the barrel cover and the inner surface of the cutoff valve, the upper part of which is conical. Cutoff valve is equipped with damper insert installed along contact line with loading branch pipe, and cutoff valve body under damper insert has conical shape with apex of cone facing cylindrical skirt.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of the charger, longer service life due to higher wear resistance of the most loaded structural elements.
