FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry. Charger includes horizontally oriented cylindrical chamber 1 with hatch 2, hopper 3, connected through loading opening with cylindrical chamber 1, compressed air pipeline, aerator 5, unloading pipeline 6, charging hose, membrane mechanism 8 with rocker arm 9, four-way distributor 10a and crane installed in front of charging hose. Aerator 5 is made in the form of cylindrical pipe with two longitudinal slotted holes – main 12, directed upward along wall of cylindrical chamber 1, and auxiliary 13 directed in opposite direction. Aerator 5 is installed inside lower part of cylindrical chamber 1 along its generatrix with displacement relative to vertical longitudinal axis and is connected through four-way distributor 10 with membrane mechanism 8 and compressed air pipeline. Unloading pipeline 6 is cylindrical with longitudinal slotted hole 14 directed upward along housing of cylindrical chamber 1 and is installed symmetrically to aerator 5 relative to vertical longitudinal axis of cylindrical chamber 1.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability and safety of loading, as well as performance and density of loading.
