FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to trench casing and to trench panel assembling method. Trench formwork comprises first and second side panels connected in parallel to each other and spaced apart by one or more transverse supports. Each transverse support comprises connection points at first end and at second end of each lateral support, which connect first and second side panels with first and second transverse supports, wherein connection points support first and second side panels parallel to each other and at a distance from each other, and first and second transverse supports are parallel to each other and at a distance from each other between first and second side panels. Each connection point comprises hinged connection, providing movement of rotation of side panels relative to transverse supports around hinge axis, and detachable connection located at a distance from hinged joint in direction perpendicular to axis of hinge, wherein detachable connection is made with possibility of selective disconnection to ensure rotation of corresponding first or second side panel around hinge axis so that panels are not parallel.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of material consumption and labour intensity during assembly and disassembly of formwork, ensuring efficiency of operation.
