SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a fastener for detachable fastening of a panel on a structure, a covering panel, a vehicle and a system including a fastener. Fastener has first connector for connection of fastener with structure, second connector for connection of fastener with panel and retaining tape. Second connector in the normal operating condition of the fastener is detachably attached to the first connector. Retaining tape with its first end is connected to the first connector, and its second end is connected to the second connector. At least part of retaining tape in normal operating condition fastener has a curved shape. Between the first connector and the second connector there is a spacer element, and in the normal operating condition of the fastener, the projection of the spacer element comes out into the space inside the curved part of the retaining band.

EFFECT: providing fastener for detachable connection of panel to structure, which after disconnection of connection provides improved possibility of action on panel movement relative to said structure, and improved airbag such that it is possible to better control movement of closing panel in relation to said structure of vehicle.
