FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design in process of design and technological adjustment of article. Method represents a cyclically repeating process of step-by-step determination of the dynamic model of the target production state and construction of the optimum production output trajectory to the target state based on the semi-realistic simulation. Semi-full-scale model consists of a mathematical model of production, which is an analogue of a power electric network controlled by a low-current network, as well as a natural model, which is material production itself. At each step at changed initial conditions, virtual control actions are determined. Cycle is repeated until production reaches target state. Based on the analysis, adequacy of adaptive control model is evaluated by criterion of convergence of actual values of estimates of production state to optimal values. Based on the adequacy assessment results, the adaptive control model is corrected.
EFFECT: technical result consists in detection and elimination of risk factors of hazardous phenomena after production control throughout the production cycle.
