Method for increasing yield of tuberous plants, in particular potatoes, includes foliar treatment of vegetating plants in a budding phase before mass blooming by single spraying with an aqueous solution of borate-ethylene diamine disuccinate complex with concentration of 2.0 mM in the working solution and a rate of its consumption of 100 ml/m2.

EFFECT: increased potato yield and nutritive value by environmentally safe method.
