FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtering devices with possibility of regenerating filter elements and can be used in power engineering, transport, petrochemical and other industries for fine purification of fuel, oil and other liquids. Block-modular filtration plant equipped with control system is a complex consisting of several process components, including fine filters, shutoff and control valves, sensors used for pressure control, process components included in the complex are fixed between the support elements providing their stability, fixed on the metal movable base, which is a sealed tray, and includes a cleaned fluid manifold, a drain manifold, an external back flushing manifold, a back blow-through manifold, an air manifold, wherein fine filters are connected respectively through shutoff and control valves with manifolds, each filter is a cylindrical filter chamber, which housing consists of upper and lower parts, between flanges of which there is a pipe grid, dividing filtration chamber into upper conditionally clean and lower conditionally dirty chambers, in through holes of tube grid there installed are metal filtering elements of tubular shape.
EFFECT: invention provides higher productivity and efficiency of cleaning, simplification of operation, expansion of functional and technological capabilities.
