SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Disclosed is a method of authorizing a digital key carrier, comprising the following steps: generating at least one digital key of at least one user in the digital keys issuing and administration subsystem; transmitting formed at least one digital key of at least one user from a subsystem for issuing and administering digital keys to a digital key carrier; authorizing a digital key carrier on the control controller when the user approaches a predetermined coverage area of the access control device signal to which the control controller is connected, wherein the controllers are not connected to the data transmission network, and interaction between controllers and subsystem of administration is carried out through digital keys carriers, connected to data transmission network; in case of successful authorization, sending at least one command from digital key carrier to at least one control controller; validating the execution of the received at least one command by the control controller, wherein if the command is allowed by rights, the control controller executes it, otherwise fails to execute.
EFFECT: high security of authorization of a digital key carrier for controlling distributed controllers not connected to a data network.
