FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to secure telemetry data transmission systems. Device includes a dispenser web service client configured to generate a web service message comprising a header and a body, wherein body comprises telemetry data of dispenser machine, dispenser web service gateway, realized as HTTP proxy server and configured to intercept the web service message from the dispenser web service client transparent to the dispenser web service client in a method before sending the web service message over the computer network to the administration controller, creation of a digital signature by signing at least part of telemetric data in a web service message using a private key associated with the dispenser machine, inserting a digital signature into a web service message header, encrypting at least a portion of the telemetric data in the web service message body and transmitting the web service message to the administrator controller over the computer network after the digital signature is inserted into the web service message header and encrypting at least a portion of the telemetric data in the web service message body.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling secure transmission of telemetry data of dispenser to controller of administration.
