FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of blast furnace hot air duct. Disconnecting from at least one of two pairs of lined water-cooled flanges from hot blast nozzle of the air heater and hot blast air duct of the blast furnace lined with refractory material. At least one additional flange is installed coaxially to the hot blast nozzle of the air heater and/or to the hot blast air duct of the blast furnace and connected with possibility of rigid fixation on the hot blast nozzle of the air heater and/or on the hot blast air duct of the blast furnace. At least one of two new pairs of lined water-cooled flanges is connected to said hot blast nozzle and/or blast furnace hot air duct. Additional flange and flange of each new lined water-cooled pair adjoining each other are made with possibility of detachable connection.

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of blast furnace hot blast air circuit.
