FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating equipment, mainly to scrapers, and enables to reduce power consumption during excavation. Scraper with ladle gas lubrication comprises base machine, ladle with pneumatic collector communicated with receiver via controlled pneumatic valve, ladle drive hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic distributor communicated with hydraulic accumulator via controlled hydroelectric power plant and controlled hydraulic valve connected by control line with switch installed on base machine. Scraper is equipped with pneumatic cylinder with reverse pneumatic valves and adjustable pneumatic throttle, ground volume sensor and controlled air pneumatic throttle. Pneumatic cylinder is attached to the frame and stock by the body to the ladle, and its cavities are interconnected through the filter by means of suction reverse pneumatic valves with atmosphere and through pressure return pneumatic valves and adjustable pneumatic throttles with receiver. On the back wall of the ladle there fixed are a switch of the controlled pneumatic valve and a ground volume sensor connected by a hydraulic line to a control element of the pneumatic throttle, which is installed between the controlled pneumatic valve and pneumatic commutator.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and increased reliability of scrapers.
