FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of operating a combined-cycle plant operating using steam cooling of hot turbine elements. Plant is equipped with a heat exchanger for generation of water steam intended for supply to the low pressure turbine, a heat exchanger for intermediate water heating, from which steam is generated of high-pressure turbine steam cooling system, a heat-exchanging heat exchanger and a mixer before the working medium enters the low pressure turbine, at the outlet of which at different operating conditions the steam-gas mixture has parameters, providing operation of vacuum condenser and vacuum compressor in mode close to nominal mode of operation, and steam of high-pressure turbine steam cooling system is supplied to turbine with pressure exceeding pressure in combustion chamber, which is necessary for movement of steam flow data in turbine circuit.
EFFECT: invention ensures stable operation of the combined-cycle plant and increases its efficiency at various variable power modes and in conditions of wide range of temperature change of cooling water and air.
