FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: energy complex for generating thermal and electrical energy contains power plant (1) configured to cool and condense water and carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gases. It also contains gas generating unit (4) (GGU), electrolyzer (5) (EU), a unit (6) for generating electricity from renewable energy sources (RES). The inlet of GGU combustion chamber (23) is connected to turboexpander (22) and steam turbine (27), the inlet of which is connected to waste heat boiler (12). Exhaust gas outlet (4) is connected via the waste heat boiler to condensers (56, 57, 60), designed to condense water and carbon dioxide, while cooling of the exhaust gas in condenser (56) is provided by cooling water from the same condenser (56) using a heat pump (84). In addition, connections of heat exchangers are disclosed, providing heat recovery and the possibility of supplying it to heating network (73). Also disclosed are options for methods of operation of the energy complex to generate thermal and mechanical energy.
EFFECT: increased fuel utilization factor in various operating modes of the complex and, thus, increased energy efficiency of the complex as a whole, including through energy recovery, as well as increased reliability of the complex.
