FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear power engineering. Method for extraction processing of high-activity wastes with fractionation of radionuclides involves their neutralization. Fractionation of TPE and REE with removal of cesium-strontium fraction, further extraction of uranium, plutonium, neptunium, zirconium and/or technetium and their separation within the modified Purex process is carried out in a single extraction cycle using a common extraction agent with concentration of not less than 40 % by volume. Extraction of REE and TPE nitrates is carried out from still residue of evaporation of highly active raffinate of Purex process or raffinate for extraction of plutonium from fuel disposition reprocessing containing plutonium, reducing acidity of which to residual content of 0.1–2.0 mol/l of nitric acid is carried out by extraction thereof after dissolution in still solution from evaporation of metals raffinate, alloys, oxides or carbonates. During extraction for fractionation of TPE and REE solution of nitric acid is supplied to zone of extractant input, and flow from washing of extract is taken separately with additional washing with extractant.
EFFECT: invention enables separation of uranium, plutonium, neptunium, as well as TPE and REE fractions in a single extraction cycle using a single extractant.
