SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endocrinology, oncology, and can be used in determining a risk of progressing metabolic disorders accompanying a pancreatic tumor. That is ensured by bioimpedansometry of the ratio of total and extracellular water, basal metabolism and impedance diagram phase angle. If the content of total water increases by 15–25 % and if the phase angle is 4.4 or less, and the basic metabolism is 1,300 to 1,700 kcal, the risk of progressing metabolic disorders in pancreatic cancer is stated.

EFFECT: method provides accurate determination of the risk of progression of metabolic disorders in a pancreatic tumor by determining the ratio of certain values.
