SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat polyneuropathy associated with gluten-sensitive celiac disease. The patient follows a gluten-free diet, takes vitamin and mineral complexes. Additionally, cascade plasma filtration is carried out with filters with a pore size of 10–12 nm when using 4–5 procedures in 1–2 days with a repetition of the course of treatment every 3–4 months for 2–3 years.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency in the treatment of polyneuropathy associated with gluten-sensitive celiac disease by reducing the manifestations of sensory polyneuropathy in the form of restoration of pain sensitivity, reducing the severity of dysesthesia manifestations, reducing the severity of limb-trunk ataxia, and increasing the rate of propagation of excitation along sensory fibers according to stimulation electroneuromyography.
