FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of flotation of coal slurry, in particular, having low floatability. Method of flotation of coal slurry, having low floatability, includes following stages: feeding solution containing nanobubbles into vessel for mixing mineral suspension by means of pump, as well as supply of appropriate amount of coal slurry and floatation reagent into reservoir for mixing of mineral suspension, so that nanobubbles accumulate on particles surfaces, and hydrophobicity of coal particles is significantly increased; supply of mineral suspension mixture after pulp formation into counterflow static flotation column with micro bubbles by means of pump for material supply for flotation with production of two products, purified coal and wastes. Flotation reagent contains the following components, wt%: kerosene 20–80, isopropylethyl thionocarbamate 5–13, Tween-40 1–10, alkylalkoxy sodium sulphate 0.01–0.05, p-toluenesulphonic acid 0.01–0.07, Span-60 1–3, phthalic anhydride 1–3, sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate 0.03–0.1 and benzoic anhydride 0.01–0.06.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of coal slurry flotation.
