FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to technologies for beneficiation of coals, in particular fine coal slurries, and can be used in coal, fuel and metallurgical industry for production of high-grade, high-calorific, low-ash coal. Coal sludge beneficiation method involves mixing sludge with flotation reagents, collectors, depressors and foaming agents, in the form of a complex emulsion based on neonol “АФ 9-10”, prepared by ultrasonic cavitation, and a sodium pyrophosphate depressor, pulp aeration and its flotation, carried out with simultaneous gravitational concentration in a free-moving centrifugal field with obtaining a coal concentrate sent for further processing, and waste tailings. Aeration is carried out by feeding pulp under pressure. Collector and foaming agent used are complex emulsion, which is obtained from spindle oil emulsified in neonol “АФ 9-10” by ultrasonic cavitation at frequency from 18 to 24 kHz for 4 to 6 minutes, at consumption of spindle oil from 1.5 to 3 kg/t, and neonol from 150 to 250 g/t. Sodium pyrophosphate is used as depressant at its flow rate from 150 to 300 g/t.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of material separation.
