FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of discrete messages and can be used in systems of meteoric communication. Novelty of combined use of disclosed device in contrast to storage devices used in existing communication lines to match speeds of source (receiver) of messages and communication channel, is the possibility of storing a message consisting of a service combination (phase start) and an information sequence received in the processing channel of the device during the period of its use by receiving a message from another correspondent, as well as control of recording and reading information on signals from the output of processing channel and control unit. Proposed solution eliminates information loss at coincidence of arrival of messages on two or more channels simultaneously.
EFFECT: higher throughput capacity of meteorological communication channels.
