SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of ensuring integrity of a stream of transmitted data over a meteor burst communication radio link (MBC). In order to eliminate losses and the possibility of including extra separate characters in a continuous stream of transmitted information data during fragmentation-defragmentation of this data stream after communication interruptions due to disappearance of sporadic meteor trails, series-connected: counter of transmitted characters, a unit for forming a stitching structure on transmission, a unit for protecting information data on transmission, a unit for protecting information data on reception, counter of received characters, unit of formation of stitching structure at reception and unit of formation of structure of received information data.

EFFECT: maintaining integrity of a stream of transmitted data via MBC.
