FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of fine granular materials. Disclosed is vibration and pneumatic separator, comprising housing, equipped with receiving hopper, working chamber with deck, installed on supports, vibration of which creates electric motor. Working chamber is equipped with a spring for compensation of vibrations; the device additionally contains receivers of light and heavy fractions of the product. Loading hopper is equipped with a gate shutter with a mechanical drive, and the working chamber of the device contains a deck inclined to a horizontal plane, in holes of which the air is supplied by a fan through a branch pipe. Deck surface features zigzag shape. Working chamber is connected to a spring equipped with a mechanism for adjustment of its compression force, and on the deck at the point of unloading of the heavy fraction there is an air stopper in the form of a flat plate.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of separation of material into fractions of different density.
