FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to equipment intended for postharvest treatment of seeds of crops, as well as for separation of loose materials into fractions in other national economy industries. Pneumatic sorting table includes a housing, a separation deck, made in the form of an air distributing honeycomb surface, mounted on a vibratory frame, installed by means of hinged rods on the body of the table, hingedly fixed load-counterbalance for balancing of separating deck, oscillation mechanism, consisting of eccentric shaft installed on housing, driven to rotation by means of electric motor, connecting rods connected with vibrating frame, hinge rods connected to counterweight and through eccentric bushings - with eccentric shaft, as well as mechanisms for adjustment of transverse and longitudinal angles of separation deck, loading device, motor with centrifugal blower blowing air under separating deck. Housing is sealed chamber air chamber. Vibroframe with separating deck fixed on it and load-counterweight are located in one plane and are hingedly connected to table body and antiphase oscillation mechanism, and have equal masses, frequency, amplitude and direction of oscillations. Adjustment of separation deck inclination angles is performed together with the housing by screw jacks located in the housing lower part. Centrifugal impeller with a vertical axis of rotation, which creates air flow through the separating deck without a volute, is installed in the volume of the housing, and its input is interconnected with atmosphere through turning dampers of air flow rate adjustment. Table body rests on three points, two of which are adjustable in height.

EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of sorting.
