FIELD: machine building; geological prospecting works.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for generating seismic energy and can be used in geological prospecting for minerals. Source of seismic signals comprises hydraulic power system and support plate (3) with vibration exciter installed on it. Exciter of vibrations is made in the form of double-acting hydraulic cylinder having inertial mass (13) with through cylindrical channel, in which piston (14) is installed. Piston (14) is rigidly fixed on support plate (3) by means of cross-piece (15) and passing through holes of cross-piece (15) and inside four spacer tubes (16) of side power pins (17). One threaded end of each of the side power pins (17) is screwed into support plate (3), and on the other threaded end, side nut (18) is screwed tightening cross-piece (15) through spacer pipes (16) with support plate (3). In the center of cross-piece (15) there is a threaded hole, into which the central nut with a conical hole is screwed. In the upper part of piston (14) there is a threaded hole, into which the central step pin is screwed. Middle step of central stepped stud is composed of Morse cone interacting with conical hole of central nut. Thread direction on the central pin is opposite to the thread direction on the central nut.
EFFECT: simplification of the vibration source design, considerable simplification of vibration source assembly technology.
