SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household ovens, mainly to furnaces with open fireboxes, with additional devices for cooking of food. Marching tandoor has a refractory body with handles, which widens downwards and has a detachable bottom, having ash holes, a refractory cover installed on top of the refractory body and having outlet holes, and a grate. Refractory casing is formed by concentrically located inner and outer metal walls, between which heat-insulating layer is arranged, note here that outer wall is composed of regular quadrangular truncated pyramid with large base facing downwards and applied on both sides with heat-insulating coating. Inner wall is made in the form of a regular quadrangular truncated pyramid with a large base facing downwards, and the side directed to the baked product is polished. Detachable bottom is made with a metal side wall in the form of a regular quadrangular truncated pyramid with a smaller base facing downwards and a metal bottom wall in the form of a square. Grate plate is installed on detachable bottom and is equipped with centrally located capacity in the form of hopper made of perforated metal sheet intended for fuel combustion located between external and internal walls of hopper, wherein the bin central area remains free to accommodate the baked product portion. Refractory cap is made with concentric outer metal wall in the form of regular quadrangular truncated pyramid with large base facing downward, and inner metal pipe with closing lower and upper metal walls, between which heat-insulating layer is arranged.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat energy use, use of smaller amount of fuel to be installed, which contributes to reduction of overall dimensions and weight of marching tandoor.
