FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: cooking-heating oven with a low-inertia mode of temperature change of a burner includes a furnace housing with the front, rear and side walls, a bottom and an upper horizontal cooking stove, above-furnace space, a door, an ash pit and a flue pass with a throttle gate. Under the upper horizontal cooking stove there located is a heat-reflecting screen with a hole for a burner. The furnace housing is divided with a grate into a furnace chamber and an ash-pit chamber with an ash box. The oven is provided with an external tight container containing a cooler and describing oven circuits; a variety of Peltier elements arranged so that one side of the elements adjoins the furnace housing and the other one adjoins the external tight container containing the cooler. Leads of Peltier elements are connected in series and in parallel to a battery that is connected with two leads to a low constant voltage converter to high constant voltage, and a control resistor the middle lead of which is connected to a control electrode of the burner, which represents a grid. A positive high-voltage output of the converter is connected to an anode representing an upper plate of a vacuum chamber of the burner, and a negative one is connected to a cathode representing a lower plate of the vacuum chamber of the burner.

EFFECT: creation of optimum conditions both for cooking and for heating of rooms; possibility of low-inertia temperature change of a burner and safe operation of the oven due to an external low-heated housing.
