FIELD: cable technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable technology, namely to materials for insulation, application of protective covers of cables operated in conditions of single or group laying in internal electric installations, as well as in buildings and structures with mass stay of people. Polymeric incombustible cable composition in form of granules containing 15–25 wt% ethylene vinyl acetate with vinyl acetate content of 28 % and with melt flow index of 3–5, 6–10 wt% metallocene polyethylene with melt flow index of 3–5 and density of 0.91–0.92 g/cm3, 2–6 wt% modified linear polyethylene LLDPE-g-MA, 15–40 wt% fine aluminum hydroxide or fine magnesium hydroxide or mixture thereof, 20–50 wt% finely dispersed calcite, 1–2 wt% silicone oil, 0.2–0.5 wt% stabilizer, 0.2–0.6 wt% antioxidant.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a composition with constant physical and chemical properties and stable reproducibility, which is homogeneous in terms of chemical and morphological composition.
