Method for preventing gastric bleeding in the kidneys for oncological diseases involves administering to a patient three days before omeprazole 20 mg twice a day, 30 minutes before meals, clarithromycin 500 mg twice day 20 minutes before meals, amoxicillin 1000 milligrams 2 times day 10 minutes after eating, bactistatin 2 capsules 2 times a day during meals, then from the first to the seventh postoperative day omeprazole 40 mg once a day intravenously drop-by-drop, clarithromycin 500 milligrams 2 times a day intravenously drop-by-drop, amoxicillin 1000 milligrams 2 times a day, dissolving tablet in 20 millilitres of water, bactistatin 2 capsules 2 times a day.

EFFECT: disclosed method enables reducing the incidence of acute gastroduodenal ulcers and erosions in the early postoperative period in patients operated on the kidney compared to the prototype.
