SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials for sports coatings. Described is an exfoliated polyurethane nanocomposite with polyfluoroalkyl groups. Composite contains oligobutadiene diol, polymethylene polyphenylene polyisocyanate with 29.3 wt. % isocyanate groups, tin glycerol, dibutyl dilaurate and a modifier. Modifier is montmorillonite pre-dispersed with 1,1,3-trihydroperfluoropropanol-1 in an ultrasonic field with an ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz at 30 °C in n-heptane medium.

EFFECT: invention provides a nanocomposite with high thermo-oxidative stability and hydrophobicity.
