FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment, namely to andrology, and can be used for treatment of epididymis cystosis. Cyst removal is performed by application of a tool cooled from liquid nitrogen with contact elements from permeable porous titanium nickelide to a projection of the cyst body on the scrotum surface with 15–40-second exposure and two-three-fold cycling, wherein said actions are carried out repeatedly with intervals between them, determined by repair of damaged scrotum, until complete disappearance of cyst.
EFFECT: invention provides absence of invasive intervention that reduces a risk of postoperative complications, simplified technique of treatment, reduced length of treatment.
