SUBSTANCE: 30 minutes before a cryodestruction procedure, 1% nicotinic acid 0.5 ml is introduced under the mucous membrane of a leukoplakia lesion by means of a tuberculin syringe.
EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness and reduced rate of recurrences of the disease by increasing a freezing depth of the involved tissues and enlarging a cryonecrosis area.
