FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical sighting devices for sport, hunting, firearms, pneumatic and other small arms and its imitations. Mechanical sight comprises front sight and backsight. Fly-head is made in the form of box-like profile with control point in form of boss (7) on upper horizontal crossbar (6). Backsight (1) is made in the form of part with base and side posts (3), limiting slot (2) of sufficient width to visually place foresight.
EFFECT: providing a constant unobstructed field of view for controlling the target environment with the task of making a foresight simultaneously coarse and fine.
