SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a pharmaceutical composition for treating allergy caused by house dust mites. Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for treating allergy caused by home dust mites, comprising an extract of allergens Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Der p) and Dermatophagoides farinae (Der f) as an active ingredient, which contains allergen extract: group 1 ticks allergens - Der f 1 and Der p 1 and Group 2 allergens - Der f 2 and Der p 2 and where allergens Der p 1, Der f 1, Der p 2 and Der f 2 are present in predetermined controlled amounts, so that the weight of group 1 allergens - Der f 1 and Der p 1, to allergens of group 2 - Der f 2 and Der p 2, is in ratio from 1: 0.7 to 1:1.5; and where the pharmaceutical composition is a rapidly dissolving sublingual tablet; using a pharmaceutical composition for preparing a medical product for treating allergy caused by home dust mites; a medical product for treating allergy caused by house dust mites; using a pharmaceutical composition for treating allergy caused by home dust mites; method of treating allergy caused by home dust mites, wherein said method involves administering to the patient an effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition.

EFFECT: solution described above enables to obtain and use a pharmaceutical preparation containing mite extract with controlled ratio of group 1 allergen to allergen of group 2.
